TESTING INSTRUCTIONS:
(Test the Following Movements. You may do the test in one session or over a period of a week. Regardless of what you choose to do, it is extremely important that you repeat the same process for your Post-Program Testing. You are NOT required to perform all 18 Tests.) *

When performing the following movements for Testing, PLEASE do so in a safe environment. Do not perform any of these movements on an unstable or dangerous surface. PLEASE have a spotter nearby with the Box Jumps.*

Just fill out the form as you go through the test. It will be emailed to you for your records. After you finish the program, just fill the same form again and it will be emailed to you. Then you can compare your before and after.
